As our portfolio of work continues to grow across the state, we're looking to connect with talented engineering professionals who are ready to make an impact.Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll play a key role in delivering major rail and civil infrastructure projects, with opportunities to contribute from planning through to project completion.You will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and successful delivery of construction activities, including:Coordinating daily site operations and subcontractorsPlanning and managing construction methodologiesMonitoring project progress, cost and quality outcomesPreparing and reviewing ITPs, SWMS, RFIs and other project documentationManaging procurement and material deliveriesEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standardsBuilding strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teamsWe're interested in hearing from engineers who have:A degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplinePrevious experience delivering civil, structural or rail infrastructure projectsExperience working on rail stations, station upgrades or rail corridor projects will be highly regardedStrong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environmentA commitment to safety and delivering quality outcomes AUD Brisbane 4000

Martinus is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project and Site Engineers who are passionate about delivering complex infrastructure projects. As our portfolio of work continues to grow across the state, we're looking to connect with talented engineering professionals who are ready to make an impact.

Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll play a key role in delivering major rail and civil infrastructure projects, with opportunities to contribute from planning through to project completion.

You will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and successful delivery of construction activities, including:

  • Coordinating daily site operations and subcontractors
  • Planning and managing construction methodologies
  • Monitoring project progress, cost and quality outcomes
  • Preparing and reviewing ITPs, SWMS, RFIs and other project documentation
  • Managing procurement and material deliveries
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams

We're interested in hearing from engineers who have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Previous experience delivering civil, structural or rail infrastructure projects
  • Experience working on rail stations, station upgrades or rail corridor projects will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
  • A commitment to safety and delivering quality outcomes
